　　I. Description: the Project is located in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 150 mu. Main raw materials include acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. 100,000 t/a butadiene project and 500,000 t/a styrene project are planned in the PARK and acrylonitrile can be outsourced. Blending and grafting methods are recommended.

　　II. Construction reasons and conditions: ABS is one of thermal engineering plastic with good performance and is odorless and nontoxic, with high impact strength and surface hardness. It has higher distortion temperature than polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride. ABS is widely used in machinery, electronics, electric products, vehicle, aircraft, ships, agricultural machinery and daily necessities. With the rapid development of national economy and improvement of industrial products, the demand of ABS will increase and it is expected that in 2015, the demand will reach 5.3 million tons.

　　III. Analysis of expected economic benefits: The annual output value will be RMB 4 billion and the tax will be RMB 200 million.

　　15、泉港20万吨/年双酚A项目

　　一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于泉港石化园区南山片区，规划用地80亩。以园区规划30万吨/年苯酚丙酮为原料，推荐离子交换树脂法，生产20万吨/双酚A。

　　二、项目建设的理由和条件：工业上双酚A主要用于生产各种高分子材料，广泛用于精细化工、聚氯乙烯热稳定剂、橡胶防老剂、阻燃剂、油漆油墨抗氧剂、增塑剂、紫外线吸收剂、农药等。目前，我国双酚A装置规模小，预计2015年我国双酚A产能达到60万吨/年左右，产量及质量均不能满足不了聚碳酸酯、环氧树脂等行业的旺盛需求，每年需大量进口，近几年进口量年均增速超过20%。

　　三、项目经济效益分析：预计产值约28亿元，税收1.2亿元。

　　四、项目总投资、利用外资方式：15.3亿元，合资、独资。

　　15. Quangang 200,000t/a Bisphenol A Project

　　I. Description: the Project is located in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 80 mu. With phenol-acetone produced by the 300,000 t/a phenol-acetone project as the raw material, ion-exchange resin method is recommended to produce bisphenol A with annual output of 200,000 t/a.

　　II. Construction reasons and conditions: bisphenol A is mainly used for producing high polymer materials and is widely used in producing fine chemicals, heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride, rubber antioxidant, fire retardant, paint and ink antioxidant, plasticizer, ultraviolet light absorber, pesticides, etc. Currently, bisphenol A production plants are small in size in China and it is expected that in 2015, the output capacity of bisphenol A will reach 600,000 t/a, which fails to meet the strong demand of molycarbonate and epoxy resin producers in terms of quantity and quality. Large quantities of bisphenol A imported each year and the average growth in import in recent years is over 20%.

　　III. Analysis of expected economic benefits: The annual output value will be RMB 2.8 billion and the tax will be RMB 120 million.

　　16、泉港20万吨/年聚醚项目

　　一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于泉港石化园区南山片区，规划用地80亩。生产20万吨/年聚醚，主要原料是EO、PO、THF。EO、PO可由园区直接供应，THF现阶段可先考虑外购，远期已规划4.6万吨/年的THF项目。推荐KOH催化工艺或双(多)金属氰化络合剂DMC催化工艺。
