Currently, the crylic acid consumption keeps a growth rate of 5.6% and its consumption in 2014 is estimated to be 1.051 million tons.

　　一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于永春县下洋镇，利用废弃的煤矸石资源生产甲醇、无机纤维、建筑装饰用微晶玻璃、硅铝基胶凝材料的主体材料、煤矸石烧煅提取氧化铝等高价值产品。

　　二、项目建设的理由和条件：项目位于省道三郊线路旁，距“泉三高速”出入口3公里，交通条件十分便利。该区域煤矸石丰富，年产出煤矸石约200万吨，近期可利用量约4000多万吨。

　　三、项目总投资、利用外资方式：10亿元，独资或合作开发。

　　四、项目前期工作进展情况：正在建设新能源新材料项目集中区。

　　27. Yongchun coal gangue comprehensive develop

　　ment and utilization project

　　I. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Xiayang Town of Yongchun County to produce methyl alcohol, inorganic fiber, glass ceramic for architectural decoration and main material of aluminumsilicate based cementitious material with discarded gangue resource and to extract high-value products like aluminum oxide with gangue calcining process.

　　II. Reasons and conditions: the Project is conveniently located at the 3 km from the Quansan Expressway (Quanzhou-Sanming Expressway) exit/entrance near the Sanjiao (Sanming-Jiaowei) Provincial Line. This area has rich gangue resource with an annual output about 2 million tons. The recent availability is about over 40 million tons.

　　一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于永春县内，建设凉茶生产企业，规划用地面积50亩。

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：永春县具有丰富的中草药资源、良好的生态环境和水资源，非常适合生产凉茶。凉茶药性寒凉，与能消解内热的中草药煎水制作饮料，能有效消除夏季人体内的暑气，或冬日干燥引起的喉咙疼痛等疾患，而且凉茶饮料属于五种新型饮料，符合国际饮料行业的发展趋势，市场前景和经济效益将十分可观。

　　三、项目经济效益分析：预计每年生产7300吨，年收入7350万，凉茶在全国都有一定的市场，产品成本低，利润高，经济效益好，投资回报率高。

　　I. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Yongchun County with a planning area of 50mu for constructing herbal tea enterprises.

Reasons and conditions: Yongchun County is extremely suitable for producing herbal tea thanks to its rich Chinese herbal medicine resource and excellent ecological environment and water resource. The herbal tea is cold and cool in terms of property of medicine and can be made into drink with the water decoction of Chinese herbal medicine that can clear up endogenous heat, which can effectively eliminate the body heat in summer and sore throat due to dry winter. In addition, belonging to the five new drinks, the herbal tea meets the development trend of international drink industry and enjoys a considerable market prospect and economic benefit.
