　　38. Fluorine Chemical Product Development Project of Qingliu County

　　I. Description: With a planning area of 3,000 mu, the Project aims to develop 8-12 fluorine chemical enterprises and prioritize development of deep-processing projects of fluorine chemical products.

　　II. Reasons and conditions: Qingliu County now has realized the production capacity of 150,000 tons of fluorite powder, 120,000 tons of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid, 25,000 tons of ammonium fluoride and 10,000 tons of hydrogen fluoride. What's more, Qingliu County is first as to mining scale of fluorite mines in Fujian Province, providing reliable materials for development of fluorine chemical product.

Reasons and conditions: In recent years, Ningde City has been developing all-round modern transportation channels and comprehensive transportation hub with railways of large capacity and expressway, thus laying a solid foundation for making itself an important marine outfall in central area and an essential port in Southeast Coast.
