Quangang 50,000 t/a Expandable Polystyrene Project I. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 80 mu. It is planned to produce 50,000 t/a expandable polystyrene with the material of 30,000t/a styrene produced by the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park by the suggested suspension polymerization process. II. Reasons and conditions: in recent years, many polystyrene projects have been built to meet the ever-increasing demand in China, thereby significantly improving the degree of self-sufficiency. However, the market gap is still large with an estimated demand of 5.11 million tons in 2015. III.
