一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于泉港石化园区南山片区，规划用地350亩。以甲醇用原料，推荐UOP/Hydro、ExxonMobil的技术和鲁奇(Lurgi )的MTP技术，均采用流化床反应器，甲醇在反应器中反应，生成的产物经分离和提纯后得到乙烯、丙烯和轻质燃料等，生产50万吨/年甲醇制烯烃。 二、项目建设的理由和条件：泉港拥有突出的临港运输优势，通过外购甲醇为原料，选择多样化的烯烃生产工艺路线，为泉港石化工业区内下游项目提供乙烯、丙烯等烯烃原料供应，有效解决烯烃原料来源多元化问题。 三、项目经济效益分析：投产后预计产值60.8亿元，税收3亿元。 四、项目总投资、利用外资方式：38亿元，合资、独资。 五、项目前期工作进展情况：完成规划。 六、项目单位：泉港石化园区建设发展有限公司 联系人：庄民芳 电话：0595-27728228 邮箱：[email protected] 黄 威 电话：18016699292 邮箱：[email protected] 传真：0595-27728270 21. Quangang 500,000 t/a methanol to olefin Project I. Description: the Project is located in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 350 mu. It is planned to produce 500,000 t/a methanol to olefin (MTO) with the raw material of methyl alcohol and suggested UOP/Hydro, ExxonMobil technology as well as Lurgi MTP process. In all suggested processes, the methyl alcohol is reacted in the fluidized bed reactor to generate ethylene, propylene and light fuel oil after isolation and purification. II. Reasons and conditions: based on prominent port-surrounding transport advantage of Quangang, it is planned to purchase methyl alcohol as raw material. Furthermore, to eliminate diversified olefin material resource, the olefin material like ethylene and propylene can be provided to the downstream projects in the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with various olefin production processes. III. Analysis of expected economic benefits: the annual output value will be RMB 6.08 billion and the revenue will be RMB 300 million upon commissioning. IV. Quangang 500,000 t/a Propane Oxidative Dehydrogenation to Propylene Project I. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Nanshan District of Park with a planning area of 300 mu. The Project is planned to take the propylene as material and adopt Oleflex process from UOP Company (globally, 10/14 device adopts Oleflex process of UOP Company). Other alternatives include Catofin process from Lummus-Houdry Company, STAR process from Krupp Uhdewcng Company and PDH process co-developed by Linde-BASF-Statoil for the production of 500,000/a PDH. II. Reasons and conditions: based on prominent port-surrounding transport advantage of Quangang, it is planned to purchase dimethylmethane as raw material. Furthermore, to eliminate diversified olefin material resource, the propylene material can be provided to the downstream projects in the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park so as to further extend the ,petrochemical industrial chain. III. Analysis of expected economic benefits: the annual output value will be RMB 5.6 billion and the revenue will be RMB 280 million upon commissioning. IV.
