　　I. Description: It is planned to introduce aviation industry supporting projects into Changle Linkong Economic Zone such as aviation maintenance, production, spare parts, aeronautical facility and complete machine design by relying on major projects such as AICC international general aviation aircraft manufacturing so as to develop home brand-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises gradually and form aviation manufacturing industry catering to global industrial chain, thus develop complete industrial cluster concerning aeronautical material, spare parts, equipment and complete machine design and manufacturing.

　　II. Construction reasons and conditions: Fuzhou Municipal Government plans to construct Linkong Economic Zone with an area of 170 square kilometers near the Fuzhou Changle International Airport. The Linkong manufacturing industrial belt covers an area of 39 square kilometers and industries such as aeronautical material, complete machine manufacturing, aeronautical spare parts manufacturing are planned to be developed. Fuzhou enjoys several advantages for the development of aeronautical manufacturing: (i) Fuzhou Changle International Airport is an important air link in China's aviation network and is a key gateway for Cross-Straits "Three Exchanges". It is planned that in 2040, the annual passenger throughput will be 50 million man-times and the goods and mail throughput will reach 700,000 tons, making the Airport a regional hub airport; (ii) Fuzhou Airlines Co., Ltd. under preparation will lay a solid foundation for the construction of hub airport and airport economic zone; (iii) many shareholders of the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Limited have key investment projects in Fuzhou; (iv) Stainless Steel Deep Processing Industrial Park of Baosteel group, Aluminum Deep Processing Industrial Park of Aluminum Corporation of China and general aviation aircraft manufacturing project of CATIC International, which are under construction will provide downstream and upstream markets for the development of aeronautical manufacturing; and (v) pillar industries including mechanical manufacturing and electronic information industry in Fuzhou will provide a solid industry foundation for the development of aeronautical manufacturing.

　　11、莆田木材和人造板深加工项目

　　一、项目选址：莆田秀屿国家级木材贸易加工示范区。

　　二、项目建设内容及规模：建设装饰单板贴面人造板(含天然木质装饰单板贴面人造板)生产线、三聚氰胺浸渍纸贴面人造板生产线;开发生产高附加值的高档细木工板、高档集成材、指接拼板产品，开发生产低碳胶合板等人造板产品，年产5000立方米以上。

　　三、项目建设理由和条件：莆田国家级木材加工区临港靠海，直通向莆铁路，有着极其便利的交通条件。目前开发建设7000多亩，达到“五通一平”和硬化、亮化、净化、美化的要求，同时还配套展示交易中心(电子商务平台)、110kv变电站、日供水2万吨的配水管网、污水提升泵站、消防站等，配套设施基本到位。已入驻福人木业、海宏木业、标准木业等大型企业，该项目具有巨大的发展前景。

　　四、项目投资及效益分析：项目总投资1亿元人民币。项目建成后，年销售收入3亿元，利润3500万元，投资回收期3年。
