Quangang 100,000 t/a Unsaturated Polyester Resin Project I. Description: the Project is located in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of about 50 mu. With maleic anhydride produced in the Petrochemical Park as raw material, unsaturated dibasic acid and glycol or saturated dibasic acid and unsaturated glycol polycondensation and synthetic technology is recommended to produce unsaturated resin with annual output of 100,000 tons. II. Construction reasons and conditions: currently, unsaturated polyester resin producers in China only produce several types of products with poor quality stability, failing to meet the demand of unusual resin consumers. As a result, the importation of unsaturated polyester resin increases year by year at a dramatic pace. Although there is a great gap in unsaturated polyester resin, domestic producers lack advanced production technology and large plants. As a result, it is necessary to manufacture production plants, improve the quality of products and reduce production cost. III.
