　　一、项目内容及建设规模：规划占地4000亩，引进为泉州海峡轨道客车项目配套的座椅、灯具、风挡、车门车窗、地板、车下车槽、电箱、墙板、顶板、侧顶、端门板、风道、扶手杆、防寒等项目以及运输物流。

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：中国北车集团投资建设海峡轨道交通客车项目，达产后可建造300辆轨道车辆，厂修城轨车辆500辆、架修城轨列车车辆80列。为了打造轨道交通产业链，为轨道交通配套企业创立良好的发展环境，我区规划了绿色智能交通产业基地，具有很好的发展前景。

　　29. Supporting Project for Quanzhou Railway Equipment Industry

　　I. Description: With a planning area of 4,000 mu, the Project is introduced to provide such accessories as seats, lights, windshield, car door and window, floor board, recessing, electric box, wallboard, roof panel, head sideward, end-plate, air flue, grab rail and cold-proof devices for Quanzhou railway vehicles together with the logistics project.

　　II. Reasons and conditions: Quanzhou Railway Vehicles Project invested by China CNR Corp. once completed will realize a production capacity of 300 railway vehicles and repair capability of 500 city rail trains for shop repair and 80 city rail trains for un-wheeling repair. To develop railway transportation industrial chain and create favorable environment for development of supporting industries, the green and intelligent transport industrial base is developed with promising prospect.

　　一、项目内容及建设规模及选址：项目建设双金属微细复合导线生产线20条、双金属复合导线生产线20条及多金属复合导线生产线60条，设计生产规模为年产各种规格多金属复合导线产品5.4万吨。

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：该项目技术引进大连科尔奇、大连昌兴公司拥有的多金属复合导线专利技术，该技术能够有效地将多种金属资源联系在一起，在减少稀缺资源使用量、减轻单位长度线材重量、降低生产成本的同时，实现了多种双金属材料的优势互补。该项目已获得15项多金属复合导线的技术专利。

　　三、项目总投资：360545万元。合作方式：独资、合资、合作。

　　四、项目经济效益分析：年销售收入32.4亿元，税后净利润66673.47万元，年度纳税总额52518.49万元，税后投资回收期为8.98年。
