　　一、项目内容及建设规模：年可处理石墨深加工产品11万吨，形成年深加工球形石墨1.5万吨;增碳剂6万吨;高纯石墨2万吨;锂电池负极材料1.5万吨;碳纤维60吨;高导热块状石墨600吨;高导热柔性石墨400吨;核石墨1000吨。

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：项目所在地石墨资源丰富，石墨已成为航空航天等领域的重要原材料，在现有石墨生产线基础上，发展下游产品，如纯细化微晶石墨粉、石墨乳系列产品、电弧碳棒、石墨化电极等终端产品，对延伸产业链具有重大意义。

　　三、项目总投资：10.5亿元。

　　四、项目经济效益分析：年销售收入23亿元以上，年利润2.6亿元，静态投资回收期4年。

　　33. Yong'an Serial Graphite End Products by Purification and Development

　　I. Description: to realize an annual production capacity of 110,000 tons of deep-processed graphite products, 15,000 tons of deep-processed spherical graphite, 60,000 tons of carburant, 20,000 tons of high purity graphite,

　　15,000 tons of negative electrode materials of lithium battery, 60 tons of carbon fiber, 600 tons of high thermal conductive blocky graphite, 400 tons of high thermal conductive flexible graphite and 1,000 tons of nuclear graphite.

　　II. Reasons and conditions: Yong'an boasts abundant graphite resources. As increasing importance of graphite in aviation area, it's very significant for industrial chain extension to develop such downstream end products as refined micro graphite powder, aquadag serial products, arc carbon rod and graphitized electrode on the basis of existing graphite production line.

　　III. Total investment: RMB 1.05 billion

　　IV. Analysis on expected economic benefits: The annual sales income will be RMB 2.3 billion, the annual profit RMB 260 million and the static payback period 4 years.

　　34. 尤溪县竹纤维纺织生产项目

　　一、项目内容及建设规模：建设年产1万吨竹纤维和配套织布、服装、鞋业终端产品生产线。

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性，同时又具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。尤溪县竹类资源丰富，竹林面积65万亩，完全满足年产5000吨竹纤维生产。

　　三、项目总投资：10亿元。合作方式：独资或合资。

　　四、项目经济效益分析：预计年销售收入20亿元，投资回收期4年(含建设期1年)。

　　五、项目前期工作进展情况：已完成市场调查和可行性研究。

　　34. Youxi Bamboo Fiber Textile Production Project

　　I. Description: It is planned to realize an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of bamboo fiber and develop supporting production lines for terminal products including weaving cloth, clothes and shoes.

　　II. Reasons and conditions: Bamboo fiber boasts good air permeability, instantaneous water absorption, strong wear resistance and good dyeability. Besides, it also has functions like natural antibacterial effect, anti-acarid, deodorization and UV resistance. Youxi County is endowed with rich bamboo resources. With a bamboo area of 650,000 mu, the annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of bamboo fiber will be realized.

　　III. Total investment: RMB 1 billion. Cooperation mode: exclusive investment or joint venture.

　　IV. Analysis on expected economic benefits: The annual sales income will be RMB 2 billion and the investment payback period will be 4 years (including 1 year of construction period).
