It is planned to produce 50,000t/a isobutene/polyisobutene by adopting the raw material of 150,000t/a isobutane provided by the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with such processes as sulfuric acid extraction, absorption method of separation, tert-butyl alcohol dehydration, resin hydration of dehydration, methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) pyrolysis, isbutene isomerization method, etc.

　　II. Reasons and conditions: the isobutene is an important organic chemical material, widely applied for preparation of methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), butyl rubber, isoprene rubber, polyisobutene, etc. In addition, it can also be used for compositing various organic materials and fine chemicals like methyl methacrylate(MMA), isoprene, 1,4-butanediol, tert-butane, ABS resin, etc.

　　III. Analysis of economic benefits: the annual output will be about RMB 1 billion and the annual profit will be about RMB 30 million.

　　IV. Total investment and use of foreign funds: RMB 600 million, joint venture or exclusive investment.

　　20、泉港30万吨/年苯酚丙酮项目

　　一、项目名称：泉港30万吨/年苯酚丙酮。

　　二、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于泉港石化园区南山片区，规划用地120亩。由园区直接供应的苯、丙烯为原料，推荐异丙苯法工艺技术，生产30万吨/年苯酚丙酮。

　　三、项目建设的理由和条件：丙酮是主要用于生产甲基丙烯酸甲酯、双酚A、甲基异丁基酮、醋酸纤维素片、塑料和涂料的溶剂以及石油炼制的脱蜡溶剂。在医药方面作各种维生素和激素的萃取剂，还用于制造其它合成材料的原料。预计今后几年世界需求量年均3.6%的速度增长，预计到2017年全球丙酮消费量将达到768万吨。随着国内丙酮氰醇法MMA、双酚A和涂料等行业的发展，也带动了丙酮消费量的不断增长。

　　四、项目经济效益分析：预计产值约18.4亿元，税收0.9亿元。

　　I. Project name: Quangang 300,000t/a phenol-acetone project

　　II. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 120 mu. It is planned to produce 300,000 t/a phenol-acetone with such raw material as benzene and propylene directly supplied from Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with the suggested cumene process.

　　III. Reasons and conditions: the acetone is mainly used in producing methyl methacrylate, bisphenol A, methyl isobutyl ketone, cellulose aceate flake, plastic and paint solvent as well as petroleum-refined dewaxing solvent. In medicine, it can also be used as the extraction agent for various vitamins and hormonal. Besides, it can serve as the raw material of other synthetic material. It is estimated that the global demand of acetone in the coming years will be increased by 3.6% per year. The global acetone consumption in 2017 is estimated to be 7.68 million tons in 2017. The development of acetone cyanohydrin method MMA, bisphenol A and coat in China also drives the ever-increasing development of acetone consumption.

　　IV. Analysis of expected economic benefits: The annual output value will be RMB 1.84 billion and the revenue will be RMB 90 million.
