　　I. Description: It is planned to develop such production lines as for bimetal fine composite conductor (20), bimetal composite conductor (20) and multi-metal composite conductor (60), achieving 54,000 tons of multi-metal composite conductor of different specifications per year.

　　II. Reasons and conditions: The Project will adopt the proprietary technology of multi-metal composite conductor owned by Dalian Changxing, which will effectively integrate multiple metal resources to give play to complementary advantages of bimetal composite conductor while reducing consumption of rare resource, wire weight in unit length and production cost. The Project has obtained more than 15 propriety technologies in regard to metal composite conductor.

　　III. Total investment: RMB 3,605.45 million. Cooperation form: Joint venture, cooperation or exclusive investment.

　　IV. Analysis on expected economic benefits: The sales income will be RMB 3,240 million with the net profit after tax of RMB 666.7347 million and the annual tax of RMB 525.1849 million. The investment payback period will be 8.98 years.

　　V. Preliminary work: The feasibility report has been completed and the market research is under way.

　　I. Description: It is planned to develop a lift-up fire engine production project with an annual production capacity of 1,000. The Project covers an area of 70 mu and a construction area of 240,000 m2.

　　II. Reasons and conditions: As the essential mobile equipment for fire protection and rescue of high-rise and super high-rise buildings, lift-up fire engines have attracted attention of government and public and have a promising market prospect.

　　32. 三明市钕铁硼永磁材料产业化项目

　　一、项目内容及建设规模：年产高性能钕铁硼永磁材料成品1万吨，采用粉沫冶金(烧结)法生产钕铁硼永磁材料。

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：钕铁硼永磁材料是现今金属材料领域内最重要的材料之一，中国钕铁硼永磁材料需求总量缺口9400吨/年。三明市稀土资源丰富，全市离子型稀土氧化物储量达200万吨以上，占福建省的50%。

　　三、项目总投资：10亿元。合作方式：独资。

　　四、项目经济效益分析：实现年销售收入23亿元，投资回收期5年。

　　五、项目前期工作进展情况：初步完成项目预可研，在园区内预留项目用地。

　　32. Sanming NdFeB Permanent Magnet Material Industria-lization Project

　　I. Description: Once completed, an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of high-performance NdFeB permanent magnet material will be realized through powder metallurgic (sintering) method.

　　II. Reasons and conditions: NdFeB permanent magnet material has now become the most important metallic material as the total demand gap in China reaching 9,400 tons/year. Sanming is endowed with abundant rare earth resources, among which ionic REO reserves reach 2 million tons, accounting for 50% of that of Fujian Province.

　　III. Total investment: RMB 1 billion. Cooperation mode: Exclusive investment.

　　IV. Analysis on expected economic benefits: The annual sales revenue will be RMB 2,300 million and the investment will be recovered in 5 years.

　　V. Preliminary work: The pre-feasibility study has been completed and construction land has been reserved.
