　　一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：拟在连江县铝深加工产业园引进年产10万吨再生铝项目、年产20万吨铝合金大扁锭项目、年产7万吨铝合金轿车车身板项目、年产3万吨涂层铝带材生产线项目、年产5万吨阳极氧化着色铝卷生产线项目、年产1000万平方米铝基PS版生产线。

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：福州市政府与中国铝业股份公司已在福州市连江县可门经济开发区共同规划建设的铝深加工产业园，占地3000亩，园区的临港且各种服务设施配套齐全。原材料可依托中国铝业股份公司东南基地中铝瑞闽铝板带有限公司，以其铝加工产品(PS板基、铝箔坯料、铝塑带材、铝幕墙板等)为主要原料，并可享受入园企业的优惠价格。

　　三、项目前期工作进展情况：铝深加工产业园正在进行填海造地，园区规划正在修改完善。

　　9. Lianjiang Aluminum Deep-processing Project

　　I. Description: Projects like 100,000 t/a secondary aluminum project, 200,000 t/a aluminum alloy flat ingot, 70,000 t/a aluminum alloy body panel, 30,000 t/a coated aluminum strip production line, 50,000 t/a anodic oxidation coloring aluminum coil production line and 10 million sqm/a aluminum base PS plate production line will be introduced to Aluminum Deep-processing Industrial Park in Lianjiang County

　　II. Construction reasons and conditions: Fuzhou Municipal Government has signed an agreement with Aluminum Corporation of China Limited regarding joint planning and development of Aluminum Deep-processing Industrial Park in Kemen Economic Development Zone in Lianjiang County. The Park covers an area of 3,000 mu and is near the airport with improved service and supporting facilities. Chinalco Ruimin Co., Ltd., which is the southeast production base of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited will be the raw material supplier for the Park. Main raw material is aluminum processing products (PS plate base, aluminum foil blank, aluminum-plastic strip, and aluminum curtain wall plate) and the price can be as preferable as enterprises settling down in the Park.

　　III. Preliminary work: The Park is under marine land reclamation and the planning is under modification for improvement.

　　10、福州航空产业项目

　　一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：拟依托中航国际通用航空飞机制造等大项目，引进航空维修、制造、零部件、航空设备、整机设计等航空产业配套项目在长乐市临空经济区落户，逐渐发展以内源品牌为主的中小企业群落，形成面向全球产业链的航空制造产业，最终打造包括航空材料、航空零部件、航空设备、整机设计制造等比较完整的产业集群。

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：福州市政府规划在福州长乐国际机场边建设约170平方公里面积的临空经济区，其中，临空制造业产业带规划范围约39平方公里，拟发展包括航空材料、整机制造、航空零部件制造等产业。福州发展航空制造业有较多优势：福州长乐国际机场作为中国航空干线网中的重要干线机场，是实现海峡两岸“三通”的重要门户，规划到 2040年，年旅客吞吐量将达 5000万人次，货邮吞吐量将达 70万吨，成为区域航空枢纽;正在筹建中的福州航空公司为福州打造航空枢纽港及临空经济区奠定了基础，中国商用飞机有限责任公司的多个股东均在福州市有重大投资项目;正在建设的宝钢集团不锈钢深加工产业园、中国铝业公司铝深加工产业园和中航国际通用航空飞机制造等项目为航空制造业发展提供上、下游市场;福州市机械制造和电子信息在内的支柱产业为发展航空制造业提供了坚实的产业基础。
