　　II. Description: construction of decorative veneered wood-based panel (including decorative veneered wood-based panel made of natural wood) production line and melamine impregnated paper-based panel production line; development and production of high value-added high-grade core-board, glue-laminated panel and FJL panel; development and production of wood-based panel products including low carbon plywood with an annual output of over 5,000 m3.

　　III. Construction reasons and conditions: the National Wood Processing Area in Putian is close to ports and is connected to Xiangtang-Putain Railway with convenient transportation. Currently, over 7,000 mu of land has been developed and water, electricity, road, communication and water discharge are ready. The land has been leveled, and hardening, lighting, purification and landscaping meet relevant requirements. Other facilities including exhibition trade center (e-commerce platform), 110kv substation, water pipeline network with daily supply capacity of 20,000 tons, waste water lift pump station and firefighting station are in place. Fujian Furen Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Fujian Hihon Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Putian Standard Wood Products Co., Ltd. and other large wood producers have been introduced, showing great development prospect of the Project.

　　IV. Investment and analysis of expected benefits: total investment is RMB 100 million. Upon completion, the annual sales income will be RMB 300 million and the profits will be RMB 35 million. The investment payback period will be 3 years.

　　12、石狮海洋生物科技园

　　一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于石狮的东北角，地跨祥芝、鸿山两镇，紧邻台湾海峡。该项目是石狮市委市政府2012年重点规划的海洋生物科技特色产业园，并入选福建省第一批省级海洋产业示范园区。园区规划面积9.7平方公里。

　　二、项目建设的理由和条件：石狮市目前已经初步形成一条较完整的海洋生物产业链条。石狮目前拥有水产品加工企业近90家，其中5家省级水产品加工龙头企业，3家获准欧盟注册水产品企业，华宝海洋生物化工公司被国家科技部认定为国家级重点高新技术企业和国家海洋生物化工龙头企业技术创新中心，其生产的N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖系列产品达到世界领先水平。遴选合适的重点产业及采取完善的配套措施才能加快推进海洋生物医药产业集约化和特色化的快速发展。

　　三、项目总投资、利用外资方式：总投资200亿元人民币，目前已累计完成投资85亿元，预计到2020年新增投资115亿元;合资、合作、独资。

　　四、项目前期工作进展情况：园区初步形成了较为完善的海洋生物产业链条，从造船到渔业初级产品的交易，从海洋产品的粗加工到海洋生物医药保健食品以及海洋科研院校等。

　　12. Shishi Marine Biotechnological Park

　　I. Description: the Project is located in the southeast corner of Shishi City, crossing Xiangzhi Town and Hongshan Town, neighboring Taiwan Straits. This Project is Marine Biotechnological Industrial Park under key planning of Shishi Municipal Government in 2012 and is listed the first batch of Fujian provincial marine industrial demonstration zones. The planning area of the Park will be 9.7 km2.

　　II. Construction reasons and conditions: a complete marine biological industrial chain has been formed in Shishi. Shishi has nearly 90 aquatic product processors, including 5 provincial aquatic product processing leading companies and 3 aquatic product processors with EU registrations. Wellable Group Marine Biological & Chemical Co., Ltd. is recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a national key hi-tech enterprise and the technical innovation center of national biological and chemical leading enterprise. N-acetyl glucosamine products of Wellable Group Marine Biological & Chemical Co., Ltd. have reached the leading level of the world.
