一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：选址于泉港石化园区南山片区，用地30亩左右。以园区可供应纯度为99.8%的2.5万吨/年正丁烷为原料，建设4万吨/年顺酐项目。推荐正丁烷氧化法，原料价格低廉，技术工艺成熟。 二、项目建设的理由和条件：顺丁烯二酸酐又名马来酸酐,简称顺酐，是目前仅次于苯酐和醋酐的第三大酸酐，主要用于生产不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)、醇酸树脂。此外，还可用于生产1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、四氢呋喃(THF)、马来酸、富马酸等一些列重要的化工产品，在农药、医药、涂料、油墨、润滑油添加剂、造纸化学品、纺织品整理剂、食品添加剂以及表面活性剂等领域具有广泛的应用。 三、项目经济效益分析：投产后预计产值6.5亿元，税收0.3亿元。 四、项目总投资、利用外资方式：4亿元，合资、独资。 五、项目前期工作进展情况：完成规划。 六、项目单位：泉港石化园区建设发展有限公司 联系人：庄民芳 电话：0595-27728228 邮箱：[email protected] 黄 威 电话：18016699292 邮箱：[email protected] 传真：0595-27728270 23. Quangang 40,000 t/a maleic anhydride project I. Description: it is planned to build the Project in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of about 30 mu. It is planned to build the 40,000t/a maleic anhydride project with the 99.8% 25,000 t/a n-butane in the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park. It is suggested to adopt n-butane oxidation method with low-cost material and mature process. II. Reasons and conditions: the cis-butenedioic anhydride (also known as maleic anhydride, MA) is the third largest anhydride followed after phthaic anhydride and acetic anhydride, which is mainly used for producing unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) and alkyd resin. In addition, it can also be applied in producing such important chemical products as 1,4-butanediol(BDO), tetrahydrofuran (THF), maleic acid, fumaric acid, etc. Other common application areas include pesticide, medicine, coat, ink, lubricant additive, paper chemical, textile finishing agent, food addictive and surfactant, etc. III. Analysis of expected economic benefits: the annual output value will be RMB 650 million and the revenue will be RMB 30 million upon commissioning. IV. Quangang 5,000 t/a ethylidene norbornene project I. Description: the Project is located in Nanshan District of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park with a planning area of 20 mu. It is planned to produce 5,000t/a ethylidene norbornene (ENB) with the material of C5, 25,000 t pentadiene, 25,000 t dicyclopentadiene, 70,000 t raffinate C5 with the suggested process of Diels-Alder reaction method.
