　　35. Gold Mine Development and Comprehensive Utilization of Tailings in Taining County

　　I. Description: With a planning area of 100 mu, it is planned to develop a gold mine production line integrating mining, ore dressing and smelting as well as the production line for tailings utilization.

　　II. Construction reasons and conditions: Situated in the center of Chong'an--Shicheng deep seated fault zone, Taining County is an important gold metallogenic area in Fujian Province. By now, the detected metal content here has reached 40 tons, with 1 mining enterprise registered. Tailings of gold mine can be used to produce brick and other materials with function of thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation.

　　III. Total investment: RMB 500 million. Cooperation form: Joint venture or exclusive investment.

　　IV. Analysis on expected economic benefits: The annual production value will be RMB 160 million and the investment will be recovered in 5 years.

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：该项目所采用半固态成形技术是瑞典华侨独立研发的一项专利技术，获得瑞典国家科学进步奖、国家环保奖等6项大奖，该技术目前在国际处于领先水平且使用、投资成本较低，更具竞争优势，具有巨大的发展潜力。

　　四、项目经济效益分析：实现年利润单位12亿元，投资回收期3年。

Reasons and conditions: The Project adopts a patented semi-solid forming technology independently developed by overseas Chinese in Sweden, which has won 6 prizes including State Preeminent Science and Technology Award of Sweden and National Green Award. As an international advanced technology, it is more competitive due to low operation and investment cost and has great potential for development.
