　　I. Description: The project is located in Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering a total construction area of 8,000 sqm. Enterprises engaged in integrated circuit design from home and abroad will be introduced to the Zone.

Construction reasons and conditions: Fuzhou has a relatively developed electronic information industry with a large number of electronic information enterprises, including the largest display producer in China.
