　　1. Fuqing Light Control Industry Project

　　I. Description: light control industrial projects such as photochromic glass will be introduced, with the production capacity being over RMB 1 billion annually. The Project is located in Fuqing Rongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone.

　　II. Construction reasons and conditions: Rongqiao Development Zone is a state-level economic and technological zone approved by the State Council and is dominated by optoelectronic industry. The Zone features improved infrastructure and boasts obvious regional advantages. Currently, light control material is widely applied in fields such as optical information storage, light control, light switch, optical component material, light information genetic material, and genetic modification chip material with broad market prospect.

　　2、福清平板显示产业项目

　　一、项目内容、建设规模及选址：引进LCD、OLED液晶面板以及液晶显示上游关键零组件(含背光模组、玻璃基板、偏光板、驱动控制IC等)、上游原材料和LED、OLED新型背光等项目，快速延长、完善、壮大平板显示产业链。项目选址于福清融侨经济技术开发区。

　　二、项目建设理由和条件：融侨开发区内已形成60多家平板显示产业链配套企业，在产业发展的区位环境、技术条件、产业基础方面拥有明显优势，2010年-2011年先后被国家工信部和科技部评为我国第一批“新型工业化产业示范基地”及“福清国家平板显示高新技术产业化基地”。

　　三、项目经济效益分析：产业链集聚强，产品市场需求稳定并呈增长趋势，经济效益良好。

　　2. Fuqing Flat Panel Display Industry Project

　　I. Description: projects such as LCD and OLED liquid crystal display panel and upstream key components (including backlight module, glass substrate, polarizing plate, drive control IC, etc.) for liquid display, upstream raw materials and LED and OLED new backlight will be introduced to rapidly extend, improve and expand panel display industrial chain. The Project is located in Fuqing Rongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone.

　　II. Construction reasons and conditions: more than 60 flat panel display industrial chain supporting enterprises have settled down in the Zone. It has obvious advantages in aspects of regional environment, technical condition and industrial base for industrial development, and has been awarded as the first "New Industrialization Demonstration Base" and "Fuqing National Industrialization Base of High and New Technology of Flat Panel Display" in China by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Ministry of Science and Technology of P.R.C. successively from 2010 to 2011.

　　III. Analysis of expected economic benefits: strong industrial chain and cluster and stable and increasing market demand contribute to good economic benefits.
