On the day of site visit, the invited participants will gather at the designated place and uniformly take the buses arranged by the Organizer to the site. The Organizer is responsible to provide working meal as the lunch for participants, while their dinner will be arranged by themselves. Upon completion of site visit, the Organizer will hold a Q&A meeting, and after the meeting, the participants can arrange their activities by themselves.

3.第三阶段——现场述标阶段

3. Stage III——On-site Bid Presentation

（1）每家参赛机构只允许提交一个方案，现场述标时间不超过30分钟，经过专家评审，按得分从高到低顺序评选出前六名。

(1) Each participant is only allowed to submit one proposal, and the on-site bid presentation time is less than 30 minutes. After expert review, the top six will be selected according to the order of their scores from high to low.

（2）参赛机构提供参赛方案文本一正九副；文本电子版（载体：U盘）一份；自动演示PPT或视频（8-10分钟，中文配音）；展板一套、展板内容包含3张A0主要规划图（总平面图、产业发展规划图、其他创意规划图等）。

(2) Each participant shall provide a proposal including one original and nine copies; one electronic edition (in U disk); PPT or video (8-10 minutes, Chinese dubbing); and an exhibition board, with content including three A0 planning diagrams (general layout plan, industrial development plan, other creative plans, etc.).

七、资格预审申请文件及组成

VII. Prequalification Application Documents and Composition

1.为便于参赛申请人通过资格预审，并在此之后参加本设计竞赛，参赛申请人的全部资料必须真实、准确、详细、直观，以便资格预审评审小组做出有依据的判断，证明其满足上述要求且有充分的资源具备履行设计义务。

1. In order to facilitate the applicants to pass the prequalification and participate in the design competition thereafter, all the information of the applicants must be true, accurate, detailed and clear, so that the prequalification review team can make a sound judgment and prove that they meet the above requirements and have sufficient resources to fulfill their design obligations.

参赛申请人必须按以下要求编制资格预审申请文件，同时在编制目录时编制对应的页码。所提供的各类证明材料如为复印件，参赛申请人应在复印件上加盖公章或签字确认其真实性。任何提供虚假证明资料的参赛申请人，均将被取消竞赛资格。

Applicants must prepare prequalification application documents according to the following requirements, and prepare corresponding page numbers while preparing a table of contents. If all kinds of supporting materials provided are photocopies, the applicants shall stamp their official seals or sign on the photocopies to confirm their authenticity. Any applicant that provides false supporting materials will be disqualified.
