Recalling become attached to the Eastern New Area of Chengdu,Liu Jian instantly turned back the time to 2018."It was around May or June,and there was no Eastern New Area of Chengdu yet,our company in Longquanyi was invited by relevant departments of Jianzhou New City to conduct an investigation in Jianzhou."Recalling that investigation,Liu Jian used the term"construction site"to describe it,“repairs and constructions are being carried out everywhere,and large trucks are passing through them,the already narrow roads are being crushed and uneven.”At that time,it was in the early stages of the construction of Jianzhou New City,and intelligent manufacturing related enterprises were gradually introduced.It is this bustling construction scene that has given Liu Jian and more intelligent manufacturing related enterprises ample imagination space,attracting them to become a group of advanced manufacturing enterprises that settled in Jianzhou New City in the early stages.

说起和成都东部新区结缘，刘谏瞬间将时间倒回2018年，“大概是5、6月份的时候，那会儿还没有成都东部新区呢，我们在龙泉驿的公司受简州新城相关部门邀请，到简州考察。”回忆起那次考察，刘谏用了“工地”来形容，“到处都在大修大建，大货车穿行其间，原本就很窄的路被碾得坑洼不平。”彼时正处于简州新城的建设初期，智能制造相关企业正在陆续引进。

也正是这如火如荼的建设场景，给了刘谏和更多智能制造相关企业充足的想象空间，吸引他们成为简州新城早期落户的一批先进制造企业。
