此外，国家统计局数据显示，11月70城房价继续回落，各线城市商品住宅销售价格环比下降，一线城市同比涨幅回落、二三线城市同比降势趋缓。11月份，70个大中城市中，新建商品住宅销售价格环比下降城市有51个，比上月减少7个；二手住宅销售价格环比下降城市有62个，个数与上月相同。

The production capacity for key medical supplies such as antigen detection reagents, vaccines and masks is sufficient in China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) told a press conference on Wednesday. The MIIT said a temporary shortage of antigen test kits in some places is mainly due to low market demand and low stock, which will be addressed with increased production capacity. According to the ministry, the nation's drug administration has so far approved 42 antigen detection reagent products. Meanwhile efforts will be taken to solve problems in the purchasing and reserve of auxiliary materials, to ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain.

工信部回应抗原检测暂时性短缺：12月14日，工业和信息化部消费品工业司副司长周健表示，二十条优化措施和新十条措施出台后，工信部又进一步加强了对抗原检测试剂、疫苗和防护用品等重点医疗物资的生产调度。总体看，抗原检测试剂、疫苗、口罩等重点医疗物资产能是充足的，抗原检测试剂在一些地方出现了暂时性短缺，主要是因为前期市场需求较少，终端药店库存较低。随着产能不断释放，产量会迅速提升，能够满足群众的需要。周健表示，目前国家药监局已经批准42个新冠病毒抗原检测试剂产品，工业和信息化部已将所有抗原检测试剂生产企业纳入白名单，给予重点保障。每日调度生产供应情况，会同各地工信部门采取有力措施，帮助这些企业解决生产运行中存在的问题，做好生产要素保障。

More than 1,000 JD.Com couriers from 16 provincial-level areas arrived in Beijing on Wednesday and began to work today, after the State Post Bureau called on express delivery firms to boost manpower amid a backlog. The delivery staff, some from as far afield as Guangdong province in the south, reached Beijing in 24 hours, according to JD Logistics. JD’s online supermarket has been stocking up vital daily supplies in the capital, in coordination with more than 3,000 brands and vendors, which should be able to provide for Beijing residents for a month, JD said.

Chinese battery giant CATL said late yesterday it had signed deals to supply Huawei Technologies’ smart car project and Chery Automobile, a major private Chinese carmaker. CATL will be the first preferred partner for Huawei’s smart car project and provide market-competitive and high-quality power batteries for its vehicles to reach the market quicker. In a separate statement yesterday, CATL said it will supply batteries for Chery’s vehicles and ships, and the two agreed to cooperate on technologies and explore battery swap new energy vehicle models and battery swap services.

宁德时代与华为、奇瑞达成战略合作：12月14日晚，宁德时代宣布与华为终端签署合作备忘录。据悉，华为终端将推荐宁德时代作为华为智选车合作伙伴汽车动力电池的第一优选合作伙伴。宁德时代将为华为智选车项目提供汽车动力电池产品，以支持华为智选车产品更快地面向市场。当天，宁德时代还与奇瑞集团签署战略合作框架协议。根据协议，宁德时代与奇瑞集团将在产品、商务、市场推广、商业信息资源等领域展开全方面的合作。除乘用车电池供应及技术合作外，双方还将在大巴、物流车、重卡、电动船舶等领域对公共交通、新能源三电融合和换电等业务开展联合探索。
