2019年7月8日，在联合国人权理事会大会上，中国香港艺人何韵诗发表针对性污篾言论，要求联合国将中国从联合国人权理事会名单中除名！

这是什么意思？

众所周知，联合国人权理事会是属于联合国下属的组织，虽然相较于联合国安理会，人权理事会并没有多大的政治意义，但是何韵诗此举却无异于对中国联合国地位的一种试探性撼动：就像美国，可以退出人权理事会，但是绝不是被开除出去！

然而，对于该艺人的“试探”，不仅联合国人权理事会并未作出任何回应，甚至就连一向看热闹不嫌事大的国外网友，也对这样愚蠢的“不自量力”表示了群嘲...

Because China was one of the victorpowers of World War 2 and played a key role in establishing the securitycouncil, so it got a permanent seat.

因为中国是二战的战胜国之一，在安理会的建立中发挥了关键作用，所以获得了常任理事国的席位。

This is also why none of the Axis powersare permanent members (Germany, Japan, Italy, to name a few) and never will be.Before this happens, the permanent seats would be dissolved, which against issomething that would require each permanent member to resign from it… whichthey won’t do.

这也是轴心国都不是常任理事国的原因(德国、日本、意大利等国就是其中之一)，而且永远不会成为常任理事国。在这发生之前，常任理事国席位将被解散，这将要求每个常任理事国辞职，而他们不会这么做。
