怒剪绿卡，造假爱国 心路独舞 有网友给我发来爱国网民 PZJ9988的一个抖音影片，其桌上摆着中华人民共和国的护照、美国绿卡等身份证明，粉民拿起剪刀面带微笑地将绿卡剪断，影片中到处充斥着爱国的言论：「美国绿卡，再见拉了」、「不热爱和平的国家，请我去我都不会再去了」、「你还限制党员入美，明天就申请加入中国共产党」，「爱我中华」，足见其满满的爱国心。
但没想到的是很快翻船了，观众们里面眼尖的不少，而且也见过绿卡，常见绿卡的有效期限最长不过 10年，该中国网民的绿卡有效期从2017年10月18日到2033年9月12日，居然竟长达几乎16年，这么不规则搞笑的失效期，这蠢货就是造假都不能编得象样儿一点吗？不少网友纷纷嘲讽说：「这淘宝仿的也太假」、「就算剪的是真的绿卡，也可以去补办」、「最好笑的是底下居然一堆人相信」。 美国绿卡从有效期上分大体有两种，一种是临时绿卡（ conditional），一般是两年期，最常见的是和美国公民结婚不到两年的亲属移民，拿到的是有条件绿卡，两年到期后取消condition（条件），然后可以拿第二种正式绿卡，有效期是10年。我从美国移民局网站找了几个样本，譬如下面这个的有效期整整两年（2016年3月4日到2018年3月4日），这个是结婚的临时绿卡，我为什么这样说在后面我会解释。
这个是永久绿卡，有效期从 2012年5月12日到2022年5月14日，这个是著名教授专家的杰出人才绿卡，后面我也会解释原因。
很显然，这个绿卡很假，但有效期只是一个方面，另一个漏洞在 Category Code上面，标注的是EB5，这肯定是和绿卡申请类型给混掉了，绿卡的Category Code是和移民申请的种类是不一样的，移民申请的时候可以从EB 1到EB5种类不等，但是绿卡批下来的时候种类编号（Category Code）我在文后的表格中罗列出了全部，这里面根本就没有什么EB5，EB5移民也即投资移民，我想最大可能的Code是E12 或E18：certain multinational executive or manager。我翻了我一个同事的绿卡，他是用EB3申请的，但在绿卡上的category code是E37，拥有本科学位的职业人员（ Professional who holds a baccalaureate degree or who is a member of a profession）。 再回到前面我找的那个两年临时绿卡的样品，上面的 Category的Code是CR6，表中查出对应的是美国公民配偶、有条件绿卡（Spouse of a U.S. citizen. Conditional）。另一个十年期的绿卡样品的Category Code是E17，杰出教授和科研人员（Priority worker - outstanding professor or researcher），所以只看绿卡category就可以知道持卡人是怎么拿到绿卡的，那个EB5简直太搞笑了。 唉，这年头，真的是不少人都变态了，你是高级黑还是怎么？撒谎都要打着爱国旗号，这样做国家根本受不起好吧。一个习惯说假话办假事的人，本就没有骨气，你指望这样的人有勇气有能力爱国？一个人，先要自爱，才可以谈及爱别人。不爱自己，不爱他人，何来爱国？自爱，就必须从诚信开始，而不是沉湎于虚假谎言。 既然你在网上留下了持有造假绿卡的证据，我还要忠告你的是，你还真的一辈子不要踏上美国土地了，因为持有和伪造联邦 ID在美国属于犯罪（Felony），可判3年罚款1万美元；而伪造和持有与国籍和移民状态（譬如绿卡）相关的ID，属于重罪，可判高达5年监狱和75000美元罚款。 附件：Green Card Category Codes AM1 Amerasian, born in Vietnam AM2 Spouse/child of AM1 or AM6 AM3 Mother, guardian or relative of AM1 or AM6 AS1 Approved primary asylee AS2 Spouse of asylee AS3 Child of asylee C20 Child of an alien classified as C24 or C29.
