　　5月6日晚间，温州市互联网“清朗”专项行动领导小组办公室通报，近日，该市公安、市场监管等部门依法查处了一起散布虚假食品安全有关信息的违法行为，责任人陈某被处以行政拘留7天。

　　据悉，5月2日，温州本地微信公众号“微温州”发布一则题为《刚刚发生，鹿城、瓯海、龙湾、洞头都传疯了！》的视频。视频中，一名妇女用刀子在一块猪肉上不断切割出淋巴结，称自己因吃了这样的“激素猪肉”拉肚子。视频还被“平阳百事通”、“苍南百事通”等微信公众号以不同标题进行同步推送。不少网民信以为真，在微信“朋友圈”中相互转发，并质疑食品安全监管，造成恶劣影响。

　　5月3日下午，温州公安、市场监管两部门依法联合检查，相关责任人被公安局治安支队带走调查。5月5日，经调查，该市公安部门对涉事人员作出了处罚决定。
