土地置换延长补充协议

甲方：（出让方名称）

乙方：（置换方名称）

鉴于：

1、甲方与乙方于（时间）签订了《土地置换协议》，甲方同意将（地块编号）土地的所有权原单位置换给乙方，而乙方同意将（地块编号）土地的所有权转让给甲方。

2、根据《土地置换协议》的规定，双方需要在（时间）完成土地交换。但由于种种原因，双方目前无法按时完成交换。

3、为了解决因为延迟造成的影响，双方同意根据本协议将土地交换时间延长。

协议如下：
