乐高集团近日公布其2019年度财务报告，全球零售额较2018年同期增长5.6%，全年收入增长6%，达58亿美元。同时，乐高还表示今年的目标是将中国门店数量增加近60%，达到220家。

值得注意的是，2019年乐高在各地区市场的零售额均有所增长，在美洲和西欧等成熟市场的零售额呈现个位数增长，而在中国市场则获得了强劲的两位数增长。乐高CEO尼尔斯·克里斯蒂安森表示，尽管疫情造成了短期影响，但公司不会改变在中国市场的扩张计划，这是发展最快的市场。

目前疫情对乐高最大的影响就是生产。位于嘉兴的中国区工厂此前也因为疫情停工了一段时间，目前已经重新开工。这座工厂主要负责亚洲市场的生产。克里斯蒂安森表示：“尽管可能存在任何挑战，但我们有望达到预定目标。我们是家族企业，这使我们能够进行长期计划并专注于对未来有帮助的投资。”

Mellanox To Acquire Titan IC

迈络思3 月 5 日宣布已达成最终协议，收购私人控股的网络智能和安全技术领先开发商 Titan IC，加速全球数据中心中跨应用的搜索和大数据分析。

Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. announced on March 5 that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Titan IC to accelerate search and big data analytics across a broad range of applications in data centers worldwide.

迈络思是面向数据中心服务器和存储系统的高性能、端到端智能互连解决方案的领先供应商。Titan IC是世界领先的网络智能技术开发商。

Mellanox is a leading supplier of high-performance, end-to-end smart interconnect solutions for data center servers and storage systems. Titan IC is the leading developer of network intelligence (NI) and security technology.

此次收购将进一步增强迈络思系列智能网卡和 IPU（I/O 处理单元）解决方案的网络智能功能。

The acquisition will further strengthen Mellanox’s network intelligence capabilities delivered through the company’s advanced families of SmartNIC and I/O Processing Unit (IPU) solutions.

Titan IC研发团队及其所在的北爱尔兰贝尔法斯特，将成为迈络思先进网络智能研发中心。

Titan IC’s world class team in Belfast, Northern Ireland will become the center of advanced network intelligence research and development for Mellanox.

BASF And Hengst Develop Reusable Spin-On Oil Filter

Each year, about two billion oil filters are replaced and disposed. During oil change, the entire filter unit is exchanged, and the residual oil is disposed as hazardous waste. Moreover, a big amount of additional litter is generated.

巴斯夫与汉格斯特联合开发了全球首款可重复使用的车用旋装塑料机油滤清器模块Blue.on。

BASF and Hengst have developed the world’s first reusable plastic spin-on oil filter module for cars Blue.on.

在更换滤清器时，Blue.on可重复使用，是传统旋装金属模块的可持续替代品。

Blue.on is the sustainable alternative to conventional spin-on modules made from metal, since it does not need to be replaced during filter change.

领先的汽车制造商采用了全新Blue.on机油滤清器模块，模块包含三个部件：滤清器外壳、发动机连接元件和滤芯。

The new module Blue.on is deployed by leading automotive manufacturers and consists of three components: a filter housing, a connection element to the engine and a filter element.

更换机油时，只需更换滤芯，而完全由塑料制成的模块可用于发动机的整个使用寿命期间。

During oil change, only the filter is replaced, whilst the module completely made of plastic can be used for the entire service life of the engine.

汽车生命周期结束时，该模块几乎所有部件可完全回收。

At the end of the car’s life cycle, all components can almost completely be recycled.

此外，与金属机油滤清器相比，采用Blue.on塑料机油滤清器的重量减少了23%。

As a side benefit, the material leads to a weight reduction of the module of 23 percent compared to its metal counterpart.
