Tunchang has invested 88.6 million yuan for bulding the fist phrase of Huandong No. 2 Avenue project; 6.5 million yuan for the reconstruction of 13 roads in the county; 4 million yuan for the rebuilding of old part in rural areas and roads in poverty-stricken villages; 20.8 million yuan for the rebuilding of 10 roads of the unobstructed project wich stretch 108 kilometres in all; 15.79 million yuan for the rebuilding of a highway of 17.13 kilometres from Hongling to Wupo town.
